1. Introduction
   These Terms and Conditions govern the provision of complementary therapy and energy healing services by Energy Alchemy Limited. By booking or engaging in our services, you agree to these terms.
2. Definitions

• “Company” refers to Energy Alchemy Limited.
• “Client” refers to any individual receiving services.
• “Services” include Transformational Programmes, ThetaHealing, Medical Intuitive Technique, Medical Intuitive Technique bundles, Reiki Healing, Qigong Training, and Qigong Healing.

3. Scope of Services
   Our services are intended to support well-being but are not a replacement for professional medical or psychological care. We do not diagnose, prescribe, or treat medical conditions.
4. Eligibility & Client Responsibilities
   Clients must be at least 18 years old unless written parental consent is provided. Clients must disclose relevant health information and acknowledge responsibility for their own well-being.
5. Payment Terms

• Payment must be made in full before the session.
• Payment plans are available with a 10% surcharge.
• Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.
• Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows will result in the session fee being forfeited. Exceptions may be considered at our discretion in emergencies.
• Completed sessions are non-refundable. Refunds for unused sessions in a package may be considered in exceptional cases.
• Payment plan refunds apply only to unused sessions and will reflect any applicable deductions.

6. Confidentiality & Data Protection
   We comply with the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018. Personal data will be handled securely and used only for service provision and communication.
7. Health & Safety
   Clients must disclose any medical conditions that may affect their participation in services. We reserve the right to decline or modify services for safety reasons.
8. Medical Disclaimer
   Our services are complementary and do not replace medical or psychological care. We do not diagnose, prescribe, or treat medical conditions. Clients should consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical concerns. Results vary, and no specific outcomes are guaranteed. If experiencing a medical or psychological emergency, clients should seek immediate professional assistance. By engaging in our services, clients acknowledge their responsibility for their health decisions and well-being.
9. Liability & Insurance
   Energy Alchemy Limited is insured for professional liability. However, we are not liable for injury, adverse reactions, or dissatisfaction arising from services. Clients engage in our services at their own risk.
10. Code of Conduct & Professional Standards
    We adhere to high ethical and professional standards and may be affiliated with relevant professional bodies.
11. Complaints & Dispute Resolution
    Complaints should be submitted in writing. We aim to resolve disputes amicably, but if unresolved, mediation or arbitration may be sought before legal action.
12. Changes to Terms & Conditions
    We reserve the right to update these terms. Clients will be notified of any significant changes.
13. Force Majeure
    Energy Alchemy Limited shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performing obligations under these terms due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, pandemics, labour disputes, or disruptions in utility services.
14. Termination
    We reserve the right to terminate services at our discretion, including but not limited to cases where a client breaches these terms, engages in inappropriate behaviour, or where continuing services is deemed unsuitable. Clients may terminate their engagement with us at any time, subject to our cancellation and refund policies.
15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
    These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
